Salesforce Developer - Mid level

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our development team at Bringwise. In this role, you will work with Salesforce platforms to design, implement, and optimize solutions that help improve business operations and user experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with Salesforce APIs for integration with external systems and data sources.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure solutions are functional and bug-free.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, addressing user issues and improving system performance.
  • Assist in code reviews, provide feedback to junior developers, and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform features such as workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
